| Message: | I was born on the 23/06/1978, in ILFORD Maternity hospital, Newbury Park, London Borough of Redbridge.My birth mothers name was Anne Marie Costelloe. She named me Yvonne Costelloe. I believe my certified of entry was 2895/S. This was certified by Joan Costelloe, on the 29th June 1978. Her address was 62 Wellwood Road, Goodmayes. I don’t know a lot about my birth mother, other than she was about 17, and came from Ireland. I was adopted through an Irish Catholic church organization, fostered for 6 weeks before be handed over to my parents. Any information would be much appreciated. | |
