Seeking:	Douglas James Fairbairn

Message:	I am anxious to contact Douglas James Fairbairn, now aged about 59/60. He is from the Loughton area of Essex, and has two sisters: Samantha and Theresa. Some of the Fairbairn family have asked me to try to trace him. Rumour had it that he died in 2017, but Essex Record Office have no record of such a death. Please help if you can. (The website will not allow me to enter Essex or Loughton)! Thank you.
